FAQ: Why is the payment pending for review and taking so long?

Your transaction has been flagged as a “High-Risk” Transaction because it appears that you did not follow the instructions we provided or your bank does not approve unfamiliar international charges without prior contact from the cardholder. To ensure the safety of both parties involved, our payment gateway requires additional verification procedures.
